Fire
A rapid oxidation, accompanied by a flame, or at least a glow. It must be sudden and accidental and it must be a fire which is in a place not intended for it.

Lightning

It is a static discharge of an electrical current related to climatology.

Aircraft
Damage to property by impact of an aircraft, missile, or spacecraft.

Automobile

Damage to property by impact of an automobile.

Windstorm

Damage caused to real or personal property by an act of nature that presents itself as severe wind and/or rain (if the National Atmospheric and Oceanographic Organization, then special hurricane deductibles could be applied).

Hail

An Atmospheric condition that causes ice crystals to form and fall from the sky causing damage to property.

Smoke

The accidental discharge of smoke into a confined and enclosed area.

Theft

In crime insurance, a broad term encompassing any unlawful taking of property, but usually meant to exclude employee dishonesty and mysterious disappearance.

Overflow of Water

Accidental overflow or invasion of water caused by a burst pipe, broken bathroom or kitchen fixture.

Riot
Damage to real or personal property caused by a riot or riot attending strike.
